At Love Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
